Hall of Fame 2010 + Deep UMLive Discount

What were your favorite songs of 2010? When were they played? What would your ultimate show look like? We're soliciting your help this year to build the supreme Hall of Fame "show."

We want you to select your favorite versions of your favorite songs from 2010. We will tally your responses and put together the 2010 Hall of Fame release based on your picks. The band will take the top vote getters and write a set list and Kevin Browning will then caresses it all together into a seamless, two-set show format.

First, select your top 10 original songs/version of year and the corresponding dates they were played. Then select your favorite cover of the year. And finally, let us know your opinion on a few other nuggets of info and off we'll go.

Finally, as an added bonus for you taking the time to help us out, we are putting the ENTIRE 2010 UMLive catalog on sale for one week only. From today until Tuesday, March 15th, all shows from last year are available for only $4.95 for the mp3s and $9.95 for FLACs. Take the opportunity to fill in those holes in your collection for less than $5.00 a pop!

Thanks for being the best fans in the business, we can't wait to see what you come up with. All 2010 setlists are available here:

Rigors of the Road: Part I

Andy Farag brings you some footage from this past week's tour, shot & edited on his iPhone.  I guarantee you won't find a smoother sound track on a rock & roll tour.  His choice of Love T.K.O by Teddy Pendergrass almost requires you to pour a snifter of courvoisier before you watch this one.

Barrymore Montage

A drum centered collection of clips from the Barrymore Theater, Madison, WI, 3.2.11.

Happy Friday.

Studio Hajimemashite +

Over the years many of you have let us know that a studio version of Haj is on your wish list. Today we are happy to officially make that wish a reality.

We've opted to do something a little different with this version. Patagonia approached us last fall about being part of the Patagonia music collective which is designed to foster a partnership of artists, fans and grassroots groups working to help protect and restore the natural environment. We were working working on a couple new studio tracks at the time and decided that Haj would be a good fit on this compilation. All proceeds from the single will be donated to Climate Cycle, a Chicago based charity that helps educate and develop the next generation of environmental leaders. We are proud to team up with Patagonia, this great group of artists, and you to help benefit the environment. Head over to iTunes and grab the track now.

But there's more.

As most of you know, we've been in the studio on & off working on a variety of tracks for an upcoming release.  We also know what a favorite Haj is both for you and for us so we wanted to ensure that it got the proper studio treatment. We love this version as it is. But we thought why just stop with one version when there are so many options? So we just wanted to give you a heads-up that we *may* have revisited the song and added some additional ear candy for a future release. Sometimes it's just hard to stop sweetening. We hope you don't mind. ;)
